911 Injectors is now accepting applications for model patients to receive complimentary neuromodulator treatments during our live injector training courses. All treatments are performed in a classroom setting and are closely supervised by our experienced training staff and medical director.

TRAINING AREAS + MEDICAL CLEARANCE

Models may apply for the following training levels and treatment areas:

Basic Training Areas:

  • Glabellar complex (11’s)

  • Forehead (frontalis)

  • Crow’s feet (lateral canthal lines)

Advanced Training Areas:

  • Chin (mentalis)

  • Lip Flip

  • Brow Lift

Please note: Submission of an application does not guarantee selection for your preferred date or treatment area.

Medical Clearance Requirement

Prior to treatment, all selected models are required by law to complete a Medical Examination through the MySpaLive app.

  • The exam fee is $39

  • A treatment clearance certificate will be issued upon completion

  • The certificate is valid for one year

  • Proof of clearance must be presented before treatment

MODEL BENEFITS

Selected models will receive:

  • Complimentary Basic treatment (up to 20 units) OR

  • Complimentary Advanced treatment area

Additional units beyond the included amount are available at $5 per unit.
